What we can do for you:
- Collect debts on your behalf while following all State and Federal laws.
- Negotiate and/or litigate your collection claims for you.
- Provide you with monthly reports of the money collected, along with a check.
You can assist us in collecting the money owed to you by providing us with as much information as you can regarding the following:
- The name, address and phone number of the delinquent debtor, individual or business.
- Social security number and date of birth if the debtor is an individual.
- A copy of the most recent bill sent to the delinquent debtor and a summary of the circumstances from which the debt arises.
- Any information regarding assets owned by the debtor, such as bank accounts, real estate, etc.
- Any facts or verification that the debtor is not in the military service.
